Buenos Aires, November 21 (NA) -- The Country Risk Index jumped to 647 points this Friday, after breaking the 600-point mark mid-week. The sovereign indicator, calculated by JPMorgan, shows a negative trend that began in the second part of yesterday's trading session. According to a survey by the Argentine News Agency, today most stocks are showing declines. This deterioration coincides with reports that the $20 billion loan to banks would be reduced to $5 billion. However, this decision would be linked to a better financial climate regarding Argentina. Meanwhile, at the market open, the MERVAL index fell by 2.1%.
